I have been writing political folk rock and musical comedy songs since 1974.  In the 1970s I was involved with comedy, folk and rock music and theater in New York City.  However, since I started focusing on political writing and activism in 1979 I have devoted too little time to music, besides continuing to write songs when inspired by events or circumstances.

In 2010 I put more than a dozen of my songs online at CAROLMOORESONGS/YOUTUBE. An explanation of the origin of the song and full lyrics are included there. I've got a couple dozen more good ones I will make available before I sojurn on the other side.
